The Seven Spheres

Angels are in charge of protecting the Earth’s greatest secrets, including the power behind its creation – the Seven Spheres.

Whoa – another contest entry?! This time it’s for =sakurablossm512’s contest about her story, Angel Sphere, and this is the main character, Sakura Matsumoto.

I sketched, researched, and referenced the HELL out of this picture, so I’m a little upset that a lot of detail was lost when I shrunk the piece. Maybe I’ll post some close-ups when I’m not so busy. I also don’t know what I was thinking picking things that I KNOW I’m weak at – nighttime lighting, detailed background, flowing clothes… geez, I’m a glutton for punishment. Nevertheless, I hope you all enjoy it!
